What an incredible day it was with some incredibly fun people.
I think I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…It’s amazing the number of gardens, green spaces, and reserves throughout the Taranaki region. This garden, Stanleigh Gardens, is part of the annual garden tour festival. Perhaps if I toured the various gardens during the festival, I’d come to know some of the areas best kept and undoubtedly most beautiful places.
It was a garden wedding. The bride, very laid back and go with the flow. The groom, was the same. It was a celebration to make their unconditional love for one another official. It was also December 3, New Zealand “Crate Day” which is where you buy a crate of beer to share with your mates to “piss” away winter. It’s always celebrated on the first Saturday of Summer…..perfect day for a wedding! Love you clever Kiwis! Sure beats the US Hallmark holidays like Valentines Day. Right?
As I meandered down pristine garden paths, so much beauty revealed itself and surrounded me. I am blessed. We live in such an incredibly beautiful world!
Thank you Keith and Louise for the honour of capturing your day.
